A Clarion County man is facing felony theft charges after state police allege he racked up nearly $30,000 in unauthorized charges on a company credit card for personal use.
According to a criminal complaint, 26-year-old Devin Gordon Mancuso of Hawthorn, a former technician, made 190 fraudulent transactions between January and October 2024 at stores including Lowe’s and Home Depot, admitting to using the funds to fix his house and car.
Mancuso, who was reportedly fired in December 2024 and failed to repay the company by a November deadline, was arraigned on November 14, 2025, and released on $50,000 monetary bail.
