A Punxsutawney man is facing charges after allegedly taking his cousin’s car and refusing to return it, saying he “has warrants,” police said.
James Michael Burnside, 40, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after police said he kept the vehicle for two days before telling officers it was left in DuBois.
A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 24.
