A Clearfield man accused of inappropriately touching two juvenile girls at the River Walk failed to appear for his preliminary hearing this week.
According to GantNews.Com, 41-year-old Jayesh Patel was charged with multiple counts of indecent assault, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and harassment following incidents reported on July 19.
Despite his absence, all charges were held to court, and a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.
