A dispute over a newly opened Skill Games business in downtown DuBois has escalated into a legal battle.
WJAC News reports, Dustin Quigley is accused of operating along West Long Avenue in August without the required permits and in a location not zoned for such use. Mayor Pat Reasinger said the city has issued multiple citations and daily fines, which could reach $500 per day, until the business closes.
The case remains under legal review.
