An 18-year-old Johnsonburg teen, Mason J. Elmquist was cited for following too closely after a rear-end collision in Huston Township, Clearfield County, on October 3rd.
PSP in DuBois say the crash happened around 8 P.M. when Elmquist was traveling north on Bennetts Valley Highway when he failed to notice a vehicle stopped to make a left turn. His vehicle struck the rear of a car driven by 47-year-old Justin P. Lassinger, of Slippery Rock.
Neither driver nor Lassinger’s 16-year-old passenger from Karns City reported injuries, but Elmquist’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and required towing.
