A federal judge has denied a request for a new trial from Kris Nevling, who was convicted in August for his role in the 2019 bombing death of Shanna Carlson in Clearfield County.
According to WJAC News, Nevling, who filed a handwritten request claiming poor representation, was told he still has legal counsel and cannot file his own appeal.
