A 34 year-old Seminole volunteer fire department official, John Charles Cummings, is facing numerous felony charges, including Rape of a Child, after admitting to police he had sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl approximately 30 times over 18 months, beginning when she was nine.
ExploreClarion.Com reports, Cummings, also confirmed as a former youth soccer coach, is currently held at the Armstrong County Jail without bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 30th.
