A tractor-trailer crash in Farmington Township on Thursday, September 4, caused a significant emergency response after the truck left the road and struck an electric substation.
According to a report from Marienville-based State Police, the incident occurred at approximately 5:07 p.m. at the intersection of Route 66 and Anderson Drive. The driver, 41-year-old Michael C. Henning of Indiana, was traveling south when his 2026 Peterbilt tractor-trailer went off the roadway. The truck collided with a traffic pole, a sign, a fence, and an electrical substation before coming to a stop in a wooded area.
Henning suffered a possible injury and was transported to Clarion Hospital. He was cited for a traffic violation.
The scene was cleared by 7:05 p.m., with multiple fire departments and EMS crews assisting.
