A man and a woman are facing felony charges after their 5-month-old son died from chronic neglect, malnutrition, and dehydration.
According to ExploreClarion.Com 32 year-old Antonio Dylan Guerriero of Bellevue, and 34 year-old Tunnell Pauline Hinderliter of Rimersburg, were charged Sept. 5 with two counts each of felony child endangerment and involuntary manslaughter. State police say they found the Clarion Township home “deplorable,” with fecal matter on walls and minimal baby supplies.
Records show the last formula purchase was made more than three months before the infant’s January 2022 death. An autopsy found the child weighed just 12.2 pounds and had not seen a doctor since August 2021.
Both suspects are awaiting preliminary hearings.
