A Parker woman is facing DUI and child endangerment charges after allegedly crashing her SUV with a young child inside.
State Police say 37-year-old Tiffany L. Ditty drove off Route 368 in Perry Township on July 8, with her vehicle ending up on an embankment near a creek. The child was unhurt and released to family. Troopers say Ditty appeared impaired, admitted to using Suboxone and Subutex, failed sobriety tests, and refused a blood draw. A straw with drug residue was reportedly found in her pocket. She faces multiple traffic, drug, and disorderly conduct charges.
A preliminary hearing is set for September 9 before Judge Jeffrey C. Miller.
