A 72-year-old Jefferson County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly entering a Snyder Township camp with a handgun while intoxicated and causing a disturbance, according to state police.
Troopers say Thomas Lee Ross, of Brockway, arrived at a camp on Aug. 22, attempted to pull a Ruger 9mm during an argument, and was restrained by others until police arrived. His BAC was .095%, police said.
Ross is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, DUI, and related offenses. Unable to post $50,000 bail, he remains in the Jefferson County Jail. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 2.
