A James City man is facing felony charges after allegedly breaking into a trailer in Paint Township, Clarion County, by climbing through a rear window.
State Police say 28-year-old Jesse Lee Fenstermaker was caught exiting the trailer on June 21. He claimed he was retrieving items that belonged to his late grandmother. However, the property owner told police no one had permission to enter. Fenstermaker admitted the front door was locked, so he entered through an unlocked window.
Fenstermaker has been charged with felony criminal trespass. Bail was set at $15,000 unsecured, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 8.
