A New York woman is facing charges after allegedly using a Clarion County business’s bank account to buy a $523 Southwest Airlines ticket without permission.
Authorities say Nicole Rivera booked a February 18, 2025 flight from Las Vegas to New York using the company’s account. Clarion Borough Police linked the purchase to Rivera through booking records and an IP address.
Rivera could not be located at her listed address. Charges were filed on June 26, and the case is pending a hearing. Rivera is charged with felony access device fraud, identity theft, and theft by deception.
