A 25-year-old Erie man, Justin Thoma Samulewski, was arrested on May 4 after allegedly breaking a window during a domestic dispute in Washington Township and fleeing into nearby woods.
Police say he was intoxicated and caused a woman to be injured by shattered glass. He ran from officers but was caught and found to have an active warrant and be on probation. Samulewski faces several charges, including felony flight and public drunkenness. He remains in Clarion County Jail on $25,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing set for May 13.
