A Clarion man, Travis Clayton Dick, 43, faces felony charges for allegedly recording a local bartender without consent and posting the video on YouTube.
ExploreClarion.com reports the video, titled “August 24, 2024,” reportedly captured the bartender’s image and voice without permission, violating Pennsylvania’s Wiretapping Act. Dick posted the video on his YouTube channel and is also accused of making claims against the establishment’s owner. He was
charged on September 30, with bail set at $5,000. A preliminary hearing is set for October 29.
