A 58-year-old man, Roger A. Shank, from Punxsutawney, has been charged with assault and making terroristic threats after allegedly pointing a gun at multiple people during a property dispute in Gaskill Township.

Shank, the new homeowner, reportedly confronted them with a loaded gun, demanding they leave. Shank claimed he believed the victims were breaking into his garage. A court hearing is scheduled for October 1.
