A DuBois man, William Donnelly, has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly firing multiple shots at a vehicle during an altercation outside a Jefferson County apartment complex.
According WTAJ News, the incident occurred after the victim and a friend encountered Donnelly at a gas station in Reynoldsville. Police say Donnelly, along with two other men, followed the victim to an apartment complex, where one of the men reportedly smashed a car window with a hatchet. Donnelly then fired more shots, hitting the vehicle.
He is now in jail without bail, considered a danger to the public.
