While drivers are being asked to take extra care as school buses make their first runs of the year, students are asked to keep some things in mind.
State Police Public are telling children when crossing in front of the bus, to look up and make eye contact with the bus driver to make sure they can see you. Remember kids never accept rides from strangers, and if a stranger approaches you, the best thing to do is say no, and be sure to tell a parent, teacher or the bus driver.
