On July 11, at 1:03 a.m., 32 year old, Jared J. Wilks, of Madera, Pa., crashed his 2010 Kia Soul into a property on Dutchtown Road in Bigler Township, causing minor damage.
According to a PSP report, he fled the scene but was later contacted by state police. Wilks was uninjured, and the vehicle was towed away.
