State police in Clarion report that Jeffrey P. Foster, from Kittanning, was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Route 28 in Redbank Township.
ExploreClarion.com reports, on July 9, his car veered off the road and down an embankment, coming to rest on its side. Foster was taken to Clarion Hospital with minor injuries and cited for a traffic violation.
