State Police in Punxsutawney released details of a crash on June 24 in Big Run, where Joanna L. Vansteenberg, 54, was injured when a deer struck her car on West Main Street.
She was taken to Punxsutawney Area Hospital with possible injuries. Jefferson County EMS and Big Run Area Volunteer Fire Company assisted at the scene.
