The Punxsutawney Area School Board approved the 2024-2025 budget of $57,200,974 without raising taxes.
According to the Punxsutawney Spirit, the board also authorized a homestead/farmstead exclusion real estate tax assessment reduction, offering approximately $302 in tax credits per approved property, totaling $1,654,746 in tax reductions for the district.
