Aqua PA plans to raise water rates for Treasure Lake residents by up to 58%.

GantNews.Com reports, Sandy Township supervisors, at their Monday board meeting, discussed exploring ways to prevent this increase. Supervisor Barry Abbott expressed concern, calling the hike an unfair burden on Treasure Lake residents, who have their own water system through Aqua PA, unlike the rest of the township serviced by DuBois City.
