The Jefferson County commissioners declared June 15 as World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
Today’s Punxsutawney Spirit says, Molly McNutt and the Jefferson County Area Agency on Aging, along with other officials, attended to promote awareness and their upcoming Elder Justice Day on June 14.
