State Police report an increase in activity over the holiday driving period.
From May 24th to the 27th, troopers across the state investigated 756 total crashes. Five of the crashes this year were fatal, six people were killed and 181 people were hurt. One of the fatal crashes was DUI-Related.
In total there were 46 DUI-related crashes. Police made 467 DUI-related arrests and issued 8,834 speeding tickets.
