A Clearfield man, 24 year old Devin Earl Luzier, has been sentenced to one to three years in state prison for drug possession.
According to GANTNews.com, Police found scales, drug residue, Oxycodone tablets, THC, and methamphetamine in his residence. Luzier initially denied ownership but later admitted it.
His phone revealed images and messages related to drug sales. He also received a nine-month to two-year sentence for violating probation.
