There was an accident in Young Township yesterday morning around 7, on route 536.
According to the Punxsutawney Spirit, all three fire departments responded to the scene where the driver of a Chevrolet Equinox struck a deer in front of a state police vehicle. The driver was temporarily knocked out from the airbag. Police stopped the vehicle from rolling just as the operator gained consciousness.
