PSP troopers in Punxsutawney are currently delving into a recent theft case following a report from a resident who discovered unauthorized transactions in their checking account.
The stolen amount totals $5,377.02, spanning from September 22, 2023, to February 2, 2024. The victims, a 77-year-old woman and an 83-year-old man, both hail from Punxsutawney.
The investigation into this matter is still underway.
