A Homer City man has been charged in fatal DUI crash after driving over 100 MPH.
Hunter McCloskey was found dead after collision with Reed Tantlinger, who fled scene fearing DUI. Tantlinger who admitted guilt, faces charges including homicide by vehicle while DUI.
