State police in Clearfield County have charged two individuals with homicide following a deadly shooting during a custody exchange in Morris Township last Saturday.
According to WJAC News, 33 year old Kodey Parks was found with multiple gunshot wounds, resulting in his death. Danielle Parks, his ex-wife, initially claimed self-defense, but later changed her story, implicating her boyfriend, Bryan Michaelis.
Both are now facing serious charges and are in custody.
