A Glen Campbell man was sentenced on Friday in Indiana County Court on a charge of third-degree murder in connection with the killing of his father on New Year’s Day in 2020.
Matthew Bartlebaugh was ordered to serve up to 15 years in state prison for the third-degree murder charge, along with a year of supervised release that will run consecutively to his parole. He was also ordered to serve three months to two years in prison for the weapons charge.
The sentences will run concurrently.
