Local man faces charges for road rage incident in Clarion Borough.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports, that Clarion Borough police have charged 58-year-old William Kerstetter with running a vehicle off the road and throwing a rock at its windshield during a fit of road rage. The incident, which occurred on January 18, was captured on the victim’s dashcam. Kerstetter allegedly forced the victim’s Jeep off the road with his Chevrolet Suburban before reportedly hurling a rock at the windshield.
Despite Kerstetter’s claims of self-defense, authorities have filed charges against him, including propelling a missile into occupied vehicles and reckless driving. He is scheduled for arraignment on February 16
