University officials announced the individuals who left the threatening message and bullet in a first-floor classroom of Jane Leonard Hall have been identified.
No names were released but they say two enrolled students are cooperating with IUP Police. They add their actions were “not intended as a threat to any person or persons.”
The investigation is ongoing.
