State police have released some details about a crash that happened Friday night in Rayne Township.
Police say it was reported at 2:09 PM on Saturday when a pickup truck was going west on Chambersville road and slid off the road about 40 feet and down a hill. The truck took minor damage to the grill, bumper and hood. The unidentified driver was not hurt in the accident; however, the vehicle needed to be towed from the hillside.
Police say speed was a main factor in the accident.
