A Bell Township bridge in Jefferson County was rededicated to honor local Vietnam War veteran SP4 Michael Raymond Ishman.
The Punxsutawney Spirit reports, the ceremony, held at Mahoning Valley VFW Post 2076 in Punxsutawney, officially renamed the bridge, which spans over Mahoning Creek.
Ishman, born on June 2, 1946, in Punxsutawney, served in the Vietnam War with C Company, Second Battalion, Mechanized 22nd Infantry, 4th Platoon.
