Pennsylvania State Police based in DuBois released more information about a two-vehicle crash that happened on November 2nd on Interstate 80 in Sandy Township of Clearfield County.
Authorities say a 2011 Mazda 6 driven by 50-year-old Elliott L. Battle, of Allentown, drifted from the left lane into the hand side and collided with a 2022 Freightliner driven by 43-year-old Shannon S. Jamerson, of GA, causing impact to both vehicles. Battle’s vehicle ultimately spun out along the roadway, partially blocking both lanes of eastbound travel.
Battle was transported to Penn Highlands DuBois by Dusan EMS for suspected minor injuries. Jamerson was using a seat belt and was not injured.
