Two Pennsylvania Department of Transportation employees from District 10 were honored with the Star of Excellence Award for their outstanding performance.
According to a PennDOT press release, Matthew Burkett, from Brookville, has worked his way up through various positions. Carla Studebaker, from Punxsutawney, is recognized for her dedication as the district utility administrator and her ability to resolve conflicts on construction projects.
