A man from DuBois is facing more than 100 felony charges after being accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a teenage girl for more than a year.
According to WJAC News, the police investigation began in May after the girl disclosed the abuse to school officials. The incidents allegedly took place at a home in DuBois, with the victim reporting various forms of abuse. The report adds, the girl also stated that she left notes in her room and confided in a friend about the assaults. During the investigation, explicit photos of the victim were found on the suspect’s phone, which he allegedly took as punishment.
39 year old Sean Daniel Lechiara has been arraigned and is being held at Clearfield County Jail on $250,000 bail.
