A man from Ohio was arrested at the Punxsutawney Walmart for evading arrest, providing false identification to a law enforcement officer, and possession of a controlled substance.
Kerdell Matthew Burley was apprehended after throwing merchandise and was found to be giving a fake name and date of birth. He reportedly resisted arrest by pulling away from the officer.
Burley is currently held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $10,000 monetary bond.
