Punxsutawney Borough Council has received information regarding the increasing number of skill game machines in the town.
The Punxsutawney Spirit reports, Police Chief Matt Conrad emphasized the need for a discussion about updating the ordinance to govern these machines and establishing a current wage scale and proposed aiming for January 1, 2024, to implement the new ordinance.
Conrad also inquired about the operating hours of these machines and suggested looking at New Castle’s ordinance as a reference which is available online on their website.
