The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office plans to file additional charges against former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio, who is already facing charges for theft and other offenses related to the misuse of public accounts.
According to the Courier Express, during a pretrial conference, it was announced that the new charges would be filed within the next two weeks, though specifics were not provided. The judge set a deadline for the filing of the new charges and scheduled another pretrial conference in 60 days.
Suplizio has been on paid administrative leave since late March.
