The solar panel farm near the Punxsutawney Borough Police firing range may not happen soon.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, the Borough Council had a special meeting to discuss its future. Council members expressed concerns about the contract and the rising costs as the Spirit adds they agreed that the timing might not be right for the town. They suggested starting from scratch and applying for grants if they decide to pursue the project in the future.
