The Punxsutawney Area Chamber of Commerce held a forum where local school board and borough council candidates answered questions from the audience.
The Punxsutawney Spirit reports, the event took place on Wednesday evening and candidates discussed issues such as transparency, bullying, education funding, blighted properties and downtown improvements.
