The City of DuBois reportedly paid $270,000 in legal fees towards the legal defense of suspended Manager Herm Suplizio, who was charged with making fraudulent transactions using public accounts.
TheProgressNews.Com reports all but one council member voted to approve motion. The Progress adds the fees were for legal charges incurred before and after search warrants were executed by the PA AG’s Office and the money came from a Community Fund made up of donations from Waste Management.
