US Senator Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania is back in the hospital, being treated for clinical depression.
Fetterman is at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Maryland receiving inpatient care. Fetterman’s chief of staff says the Senator has dealt with depression throughout his life, but it became severe in recent weeks.
On Twitter, Senator Bob Casey praised his colleague for getting the help he needs and being public about it.
Fetterman was just released from the hospital after feeling lightheaded during a Senate Democratic retreat. His health has been in the spotlight since he suffered a stroke last May.
