During the early morning hours yesterday, a 74 year old Summerville man was shot to death.
Pennsylvania State Police based in Clarion report 46 year old Jeremy Raymond Dailey entered the residence of Thomas Kemmer along Sandy Flat Road, where an altercation ensued between the two. Police say Dailey obtained a hand gun and shot Kemmer, who was pronounced deceased.
Homicide charges were filed against Dailey, who is in the Clarion County Jail without bond pending a preliminary hearing.
