State Route 66 between the intersection of Old Fryburg Road and State Route 36 in Leeper of Farmington Township, Clarion County will be a single lane with alternating traffic starting today.
According to PennDOT, a contractor will be replacing a cross pipe plus other upgrades and should be completed this fall.
