The Pennsylvania State Police based in Indiana released the standout speeder for the month of July.
Authorities say 19-year-old Katie Ness of Fallentimber was clocked going 93 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone.
The purpose is to focus on maximum speed limits, and troopers remind residents driving at excessive speeds put themselves at risk for injury or death, as well as passengers, other drivers, pedestrians, first responders and highway workers.
