A woman from New Bethlehem was injured in a single vehicle accident on Tuesday in Pine Creek Township of Jefferson County.
Just after noon Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to an area along Richardsville Road and Butler Cemetery Road and found the vehicle at rest against an embankment. The 20-year-old driver Madison McKinney was transported to the ER at Penn Highlands Brookville by a family member for treatment of a head injury for not wearing her seat-belt. She was cited for not driving at a safe speed.
