A Reynoldsville man is facing a felony drug charge and multiple misdemeanors after Pennsylvania State Police said a traffic stop for an expired registration led to a foot chase and the seizure of suspected methamphetamine.
Joseph Luke Allen Kolar, 37, was taken into custody March 28 after allegedly fleeing from troopers and resisting arrest. Authorities said a subsequent search of his vehicle uncovered about 1.5 ounces of suspected methamphetamine, along with a digital scale and packaging materials.
Kolar remains in the Jefferson County Jail on $125,000 bail, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 13.
